Advanced Opportunities – Fast Forward
The Fast Forward program provides every student in grades 7-12 attending an Idaho public school an allocation of $4,125 in state funding to use toward Advanced Opportunities. The funds can be used for overload courses, dual credits, and college credit-bearing exams such as Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), College Level Examination Program (CLEP), or Career and Technical Education (CTE) exams.
To learn more about Advanced Opportunities, contact your high school counselor or visit the Advanced Opportunities website.
To take advantage of this funding opportunity, you must complete course registration with the college or university to enroll in the class AND apply for funding through the Idaho Department of Education’s Advanced Opportunities web portal.
