Foundations Of Amazon Web Services (AWS)

The Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Certification

The Foundations of AWS (Amazon Web Services) covers the concepts of Cloud Computing needed to pass the AWS (CSA) Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification. This Associate Certification is designed to provide employers with a trusted way of knowing their staff understands Cloud architecture and can build secure, reliable, efficient systems on the Amazon cloud.

The utilization of the cloud to host applications and websites is expanding at an exponential rate and businesses large and small need expertise to help them understand and navigate the cloud. IT professionals’ ability to clearly relay and execute solutions on the cloud that ensure security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization is critical in today’s IT landscape.

Hands-on labs will allow students to learn how the Cloud differs from traditional server virtualization by building out highly-available and auto-scaling architecture directly on the Amazon cloud. Students will be provided Amazon Cloud as part of the class fee so they can apply the topics they are learning directly in the Amazon Cloud infrastructure.

Benefits of Attending Foundations Of Amazon Web Services

You will learn how to optimize the use of the AWS cloud by understanding AWS services and how these services fit into cloud-based solutions. Because architectural solutions may differ depending on industry, type of applications, and size of business, this course emphasizes AWS cloud best practices and recommended design patterns to help you think through the process of architecting optimal IT solutions on AWS. It also presents case studies throughout the course that showcase how some AWS customers have designed their infrastructures and the strategies and services they implemented. You will have an opportunity to build a variety of infrastructures via a guided, hands-on approach.
