You will enhance your leadership abilities through a better understanding of how to influence and inspire top-tier performance. You will explore roadblocks to delivering effective feedback and methods with which to overcome these barriers and build your “A” team. Jennifer Jones Hooft – Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and has developed performance management systems and approaches for multiple organizations, large and small. In her various roles as VP of HR over the years, Jennifer has had the opportunity to lead significant culture change, incorporating an effective people approach to meet organizations’ needs. Now teaching and consulting, performance management for the organization and executive coaching for the individual are areas of focus and continue to be a passion.
