Instructor

Gundars Kaupins – Dr. Kaupins has taught at Boise State University for over 20 years and is currently Chair of the Boise State College of Business Management Department. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He has consulted with over 300 organizations on employee handbooks, compensation, and training programs. His research in human resource practices has been published in over 200 books and articles. Dr. Kaupins has served on the SHRM Special Expertise Panel on Ethics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa.
