KEYS-The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team

Course Description: Using Patrick Lencioni’s “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” we are going to be studying the dynamics of successful team structures and implement the lessons into our staff development meetings. Our goal is to strengthen the structure of our faculty foundation in order to move forward with a cohesive and unified vision for our students. We’ll measure success through pre and post surveys about the structural confidence and fidelity toward our vision for staff and school culture.

Course Requirements:

1. Required reading of “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”-done outside of meeting sessions
2. Written assignments utilizing support material-done outside of meeting sessions
3. Group discussions of reading-during meetings
4. Pre and post surveys-(assessment) during meetings
